E.ON IS Czech Republic, founded in 1997, is a 99% subsidiary of E.ON IS GmbH, Germany. E.ON IS Hungary Kft. holds the remaining 1%. With a team of nearly 200 employees, E.ON IS Czech Republic is the IT service provider for the E.ON Czech Group. As the company’s offices are located in Budweis, Prague and Brno, it is able to provide on-site support to its main customers, such as E.ON Česká republika, E.ON Distribuce and E.ON Energie.
